Customer Reporting

On a monthly basis you will be required to report all new checking accounts for the match process. A reporting spreadsheet will be provided to you requesting the following fields of information: Date Account Opened, Date of 1st Direct deposit Transaction, Date of 2nd Direct deposit transaction, Name, Address, City, State, Zip—in some cases we may require Account Type as a reported field.

The information will be used for multiple
purposes:
1. Gift redemption verification
2.1099 INT reporting (Bank responsibility)
   These reports will need to be uploaded
   to an FTP site using your secure login
   and password information.

At the start of the program, you will be required to submit a data test run to ensure that your system can handle the reporting process—using the following criteria:
